Frequently Asked Questions
What documentation do I need to start an urban development?
Urban Planning and Urban Plans
Comprehensive urban planning projects for land development, we transform land into urban and industrial opportunities and move from planning to urbanization.
Urban Services
Usually required: land information (estates, area, boundaries), urban situation according to current planning, cadastral and registry ownership, possible easements or affections, and, in some cases, topographic or geotechnical studies. We can help you collect everything necessary to start.
What is the difference between a PRI and a PAI?
A PAI is the plan that organizes and executes the urbanization of a new land sector (how a field is transformed into a neighborhood). A PRI applies to existing areas and serves to improve or renovate streets, infrastructures, and urban spaces. In summary: the PAI creates a new neighborhood; the PRI improves an existing one.
Do you manage the complete administrative part?
Yes. We handle document processing, coordination with external technicians, presentation to the city council, and monitoring of each phase until approval. The client delegates the entire process and we guarantee compliance and order.
